Investment Info
When buying shares of âMusic Royalties Collection #1â you invest in royalties generated by performance rights (songwriterâs share).
This means that your investment will yield returns whenever any of the songs are played or performed on Radio, TV, live performances, or online such as in Spotify, Tidal, YouTube, TikTok, and future services.
The investment includes a mix of upcoming royalties 3 and 10 years ahead. This is an investment that keeps on giving back until the end of 2032.
Our valuation model predicts an average yearly return on investment of 15% based on the initial price. Since a part of the collection is 3-year, the first three years’ payouts will be larger, while the latter will be slightly smaller – all in a nominal case. The first three years of payouts are expected to repay approximately 75% of the initial investment.
